Group Coaching

Group coaching usually occurs within an organization and is most effective for team building, skills honing, intra-department collaborating, work styles understanding. There are a host of reasons that organizations use group coaching to accomplish their goals. One reason is that the group is working on a common goal, outcome or project. Another is that it is a more cost effective coaching experience. Some benefits are that the group feels a greater level of support and accountability, that they feel more a part of the team, and that they have the opportunity of hearing many perspectives.
