Who Are My Clients?
A 42 year old woman wants to change her work after 15 years of owning a business. She has no clue how to gain entry into a new field. In addition, it is important to her to work for an organization whose mission is aligned with her values. She wants to get started but doesn’t know where to begin or how to proceed.
A 50 year old man has worked for 20 years doing something that satisfies many of his needs (great salary, benefits). He realizes something is missing for him in his work but he isn’t sure what it is, how to figure it out, or what to do about it.
A 39 year old woman wants “it all”: a fulfilling career, marriage and children. She is feeling stuck because she is not in relationship, she feels her biological time clock ticking, and her career is stagnated. Her question: now what?
An organization has a new leader who wants her staff to move forward with her as she takes the organization to new heights. She wants an external coach to guide and support staff through the transition.
----------
My clients often come from two career areas: professionals working in not-for-profit organizations, and professionals who are self-employed. Some of the reasons that my clients work with me are that they want:
- clarify what gives them joy and how to manifest it
- balance their professional and personal life
- develop action to achieve their goals
