I am a certified empowerment coach with one goal in mind: to help my clients create the life that they love.  In some cases clients may focus on their careers. Others come see me a number of years before they want to retire, to build the foundation that will lead to a fulfilling, exciting, happy and successful retirement. Often my clients are concerned about financial freedom as well as having more balance in their lives.  Most want to make some changes, are in some type of transition, want to ratchet up the quality of their lives.

Whatever the particular reason that clients contact me, effective coaching occurs when the whole person and their life are put into context. Although coaching is essentially an actions- and results- oriented approach, I believe that it is only really successful when the coach and client work together to understand how the client’s inner thoughts and feelings lead to actions that lead to their results.
